We are happy to have as our guest speakers John Moraites, Regional VP at
Capacity Marine Corporation and Tom Martin, Principal at Price, Meese,
Shulman & D’Arminio to discuss current insurance concerns and legal issues in the transportation industry.
John specializes in cargo insurance, Freight Forwarders/NOVCC Legal
liability, Shippers Interest and Inland Marine risks. Tom Martin concentrates
his practice primarily in the areas of transportation law, community
association law and commercial litigation. He serves as legal counsel to
internationally recognized motor carriers, freight brokers and related transportation business entities.
